1. Latest blog friend? Why?
Batsman or rather Batman as I thought it said when he sent me the invite. He's a great guy who left BCUK and thankfully come back.

2. Oldest blog friend? Why?
LyndLJ. Hmm... why? Well one of us started reading the others blog and then one of us invited the other - I forget who did what - and since then she's become someone I'm very close to and someone I love very much.

3. Groups. Good, bad, annoying?
Right. I'm all for groups. In fact I started one of my own today. I'm just worried about BCUK becoming a social networking site. Thankfully I've been assured it won't and I trust those who told me so I shall stop worrying which makes my answer and this diatribe a bit pointless. In short - Groups are good.

4. Who do you miss the most from your blogfriends that have left BCUK?
There is more than just one. Charlie, Helly, Nathan (and Little Nate), Fatal, FilmFan. I'm sure there are loads of others.

5. Who out of your blog friends that have since left do you not really miss?
Dunno. I don't miss them so I don't care about them enough to remember them.

6. Would you want to meet the bloggers who are your blog friends in real life?
I've met some of them but there are so many more I'd love to meet. I do worry though that I might not like them when I meet them. So far it hasn't happened but you never know. If any of you lot want to meet me feel free to come over!

7. Blog friend or blogger that you wished posted more often? 
MoodyMarshall. She's a great lass and it's damn hysterical and knows everything there is to know about music.

8. What is the most annoying thing about using BCUK?
The fact that I've become addicted.

9. Are you a Pro? Why/Why not?
I'm not but I was. I couldn't afford to renew it but I've just won a bloscar so will become Pro as my prize! Huzzah!


10. Do you think blogging has improved your life?
Hmm... I don't know. I'd like to say yes but I don't want that to mean that there was something missing in my life before blogging. My life was great before hand but blogging became a very welcome addition. The friends I've made through BCUK have enhanced my life as it's always good to have friends ain't it!

Really awful video... two truly awful original songs... remixed it becomes an instant camp classic!

Again I apologise for not blogging. I actually tried to yesterday morning but with the rain beating down so damn hard the 3G broadband thingy wouldn't work. Well, it was working but it was sooooo slow! Nothing would load up, e-mail took forever, blah blah blah, so in the end I gave up and did all the ironing.

So first things first.

Sorry it's late! At least the card was early!

So last weekend and the early part of the week my blogging was stopped by my gorgeous sister visiting.

As you can see, even though it was her first visit to us she knew how to dress appropriately!

She sent me a text on Friday to say the flight was an hour late. I checked on-line for the new arrival time and according to that it was due in twenty minutes early. I e-mailed Brad to see he could find anything but everything he found said it was on time. A bit later I go an e-mail from him telling me the flight had just left so I dash out the door to go and meet her. At the airport the arrivals board said she'd be in at 19:05!

"Can I help you?" asked the woman behind the information desk.
"Yes, what time is the flight from Birmingham due in?" I asked.
"Any minute now."
"It's just that the board says..."
"Yes, I know, it's faulty, it'll be in any minute now!"

And sure enough as I got upstairs to see her land she was just getting off!

We spent her time here visiting places, catching up, baking, doing stuff which mainly involved visiting cemetery's and crumbling monastery's.

Tuesday came and it was time for her to leave (with a quick visit to another cemetery and monastery on the way to the airport. We got to the airport early so Rach bought me lunch.

Heaven!

I was in work from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Wednesday. My second day which was fun. Tony, my line manager, gave me my shifts for the next week. 8am to 9pm Thursday and Friday, Saturday & Sunday off, 8am to 9pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday!

Huzzah! I are working! Blinking wonderful!

So as I'm working long hours, which I don't mind, it means I'm shattered when I come home but it also means I only work 6 days out of 14! I'm loving the job. They're great people to work with and I hope to make some good friends there. Once I'm in the flow of work I'll start blogging more often.
